.˳✶ Piacere Sensazionale ✶˳.
Crossing a threshold is always an extremely serious matter. No one knows what awaits on the other side, and no one knows if a return is even possible. In this act, documented through a series of stills, Damiana and Enrico find one of these thresholds in the stagnant mirror of the lagoon’s water and leap into it fearlessly.

.˳✶ Emonet Book Series ✶˳.
The Internet can be perceived as a parallel universe, with its blogs and applications representing planets connected by a vast network. Each of these small booklets reflects on the virtual places of mutual support offered by the Internet, starting with the networks created by the sharing of memetic content and ending with art-based projects that offer to propose new ways of existing in the world beyond the screen.

.˳✶ Costume-verse ✶˳.
Costume-verse reflects on the practice of wearing a costume, through which the cosplay subculture structures itself and manifests its collective symbolic universe. A space that contains, but without content, an atom without a nucleus. There is no aesthetic, no univocal representation, no myth. Identity is a multiform envelope. The creation and dressing of the costume define an intimate space in which the virtual plane and physical and craft acts overlap: the reiteration of the ritual attributes sacredness to the ceaselessly reconstituted identifications. Wearing the costume is a serious and affective nostalgic game.

.˳✶ Domesticity ✶˳.
Domesticity tells a story of unfamiliarity in the most familiar of places: the home. A home experienced by and through my intimate relationships, my family, my friends, the people that live the space daily. The environment is unsettling, a confused and dream-like space. Domestic creatures, around the house, are living a pretty mundane life, they are dressed like my family, my friends, like me. They look harmless. Even though some of them make me uncomfortable, I learned how to live with them whenever they are in the house. They appear often, but most of the time my house is a usual home with human residents. They take the bodies of my family, I do recognise them under there, and they leave bizarre traces
around the house. It feels like an hallucinating state where I see my parents, my siblings, my friends as otherworldly expressions of feelings. When I am able to put them in focus I see lost creatures, menacing beasts, uncanny characters, sweet and sorrowful beings and fragile entities..

.˳✶ Memorabilia ✶˳.
Memorabilia is a book of visual and written poetry. It revives the repetition of gestures and practices from the past. The book unfolds through the repetitive process of a game that awakens the memory of past actions by deconstructing the present and constructing a fictitious one, thus creating a false memory that anyone can believe they possess. Through its design — featuring paper changes, inserts, and hidden poems — the book poetically expresses this state of confusion and melancholy.

.˳✶ B. La mia creatura mi sono mangiata ✶˳.
In contrast to the anthropocentric perspective of conventional stories, ‘B. la mia creatura mi sono mangiata’ (B. I ate my creature) is a journey of physical and narrative transfiguration, in which the virtual and material construction of two alter egos transforms the body into a material-semiotic node, capable of dislocating itself, escaping and immersing itself in its own (eco)systems. The creative process is articulated as a digestion of texts, thoughts, images and materials, in a continuous cycle of assimilation and regeneration. Through interaction with organic matter and the construction of costumes, the imagined and embodied creatures establish physical and symbolic interspecies relationships.

.˳✶ Evasione ✶˳.
Evasion is a book project that presents a personal collection of photographs and objects from my trip to Tokyo, in March 2017. The archive becomes a stream of images one after the other, subdivided in nine categories. This categorization is an attempt to decipher the connections that are formed on the time of travel, the time of evasion: we touch unknown objects and places with our bodies and explore with our minds meanings that are ours alone.

.˳✶ Un giorno ✶˳.
Un giorno One day is a journal that creates a narrative starting from what happened during September 1st throughout the years. I decided to focus on Martha, thought to be the last wild pigeon died at Cincinnati zoo on September 1st 1904. At the beginning of the 19th century, the wild pigeon represented the largest bird population in the world. The enormous number also determined the rapid decline, man in fact decided to exploit this great resource by carrying out massive hunting and deforestation. In the lifetime of a human being, the specie went from a very large population to extinction. This story is visually associated with other events that happened on September 1, such as World War II beginning with Germany’s invasion and bombing of Poland in 1939.

This “collection of comments”, which I came across through my YouTube playlist, opens up a different and personal approach to music. Each comment associated with the music tells a little slice of life to which I wanted to give space and visibility. Music on the platform creates a portal of openness, a dimension in which people share feelings, memories, dedications and reflections on their lives. In a way, it becomes a reservoir of confessions, an intergenerational exchange about experiences of hardship, love, fears, illness, death and nostalgia. The chaotic and random nature of comments, as happens on YouTube, meets the printed form here and gives it a new value.

.˳✶ Guide to Open-Source Pirate Broadcasting ✶˳.
This project, inspired by Amsterdam’s 1980s pirate channel Rabotnik TV and rooted in the Tactical Media movement, reimagines collective, subversive broadcasting for today’s activists. It highlights how DIY, grassroots media practices resist centralized control and empower secure, decentralized organizing—still crucial in modern movements like Black Lives Matter and protests in Myanmar and Hong Kong. The project offers a practical guide for setting up your own pirate broadcast using open-source tools like PeerTube and includes a guerrilla zine to make this knowledge accessible and support activist media and collective resistance.

Some data visualization based on an analysis of how emojis are used in online movements — as tools to bypass censorship, amplify messages, and foster solidarity. When used in protest contexts, emojis transform from cheerful icons into powerful, layered symbols that convey stories of place, time, oppression, and resistance—becoming meaningful tools for activism and collective expression. These risograph-printed posters use data visualizations to explore the layered meanings and histories that the raised fist emoji can convey as a symbol of resistance within and beyond digital spaces. Data and research materials collected with Zhiyi Lan, Li Qiu, Luca Weste during the development of the project “WHEN WORDS ARE NO LONGER SAFE” analyzing the usage of digital icons as tools of resistance.

The book Interferenza brings together the collective's theoretical and practical research and the manifesto of the first project. The book's aim is to record the research carried out (readings, interviews, exercises, references) in order to share it with the artists participating in the open call. - We focused on an alternative method of exhibition: a silent occupation of territory that passes through transitory, temporary, organic and hidden artworks, whose vision is unclear, the state of tension between presence and non-presence.

Arianna, Eloine, Phaedra, Ginorebel, Estinette, Naomi, Yasminelle, Belara... These are just some of the names chosen by pharmaceutical companies for the oestrogen hormones commonly sold as birth control pills. The evolutionary path of this biotechnology for birth control, also known simply as the ‘pill’ because of its widespread use, unveils multiple imaginaries, which are the building blocks of our reality. Starting from the historical and material composition, an attempt will be made to ‘unpack’ this drug by following its path once it is bought, taken, assimilated and becomes an integral part of bodies’ actions and relationships. The layering of actively produced and concealed imagery will reveal the elements this technology uses in its interaction with bodies, illuminating its biopolitical mechanisms.

.˳✶ Strangers and watchers ✶˳.
Strangers and watchers is a research, an archive, that chronicles our relationship with the stranger, the other. Through questionnaires, articles, poems, songs, movies and art references I tried to tell a small part of what is our relationship with the stranger, with people we don't know. It all started with a finding, a box full of photographs abandoned in a street. From that fact arode a series of reflections and questions that, from a personal dimension, I wanted to extend to the group, to the collective. The answers that you gave me were the starting point for the research collected in this book. The project tries to harness that feeling, those kinds of relationships that seem to tell the story of our daily relationship with the human other. At the end we are all strangers and watchers.
